Garen can't use conquorer

I tried the new conqueror and relsied that garens e only gives one stack of it because it's counted as an ability and doesn't give a stack per tick. Can you hot fix this because the rune is awesome on garen, but he really can't use it.

I think its the same with Amumu, Wukong and other tick based champions.

Even with the full spin he wouldn't stack it that fast, early on the spin has only 4-6 spins total so he would still need to aa and q for it to be effective. I don't think it would be op if it allowed him to stack it.

I think that is how they intended it. It would be too broken being able to stack it off of one move.

Edit: not to mention he shreds armor with it.

awww i was gonna try conqueror garen they took the fun out of it. looks like we are forced to use grasp unless.... you get attack speed rune for later game with triforce. then go tanky there maybe hope yet.

Garen's E is a DOT.

DOT's dont proc conq, it technically gives one since Garen's E is an ability.

If it did, people like Darius Malzahar Cassiopeia Teemo would be broken/even more broken with it.
