Idea - Monthly/Patch Ban Vote

I feel like that having 6 bans in each game isn't going to be sufficient anymore, especially when there are so many viable bans now (The amount now is kinda ridiculous to me, but that's just my slightly inexperienced opinion).

Therefore, instead of just simply increasing the amount of bans each game, what if there was a vote each month (Or maybe after each patch notes) where two champions are banned for being too strong? I feel like there is always going to be someone that is banned every nine matches out of ten. This would save some space and wouldn't stress other players out when that MUST-BAN champion isn't picked, when they're picked already.

I don't know if there should be a certain type of player who can vote, but I feel like the a fifth or sixth potential ban might make solo queue a little bit more comfortable (Lol, Solo Queue being comfortable).
