I mean, they ignore all requests and complaints about the jungle camps being easier to kite for squishy ranged junglers like Vayne and Quinn and Gnar, but when they specifically create a ranged AD for the jungle, they decide to listen and rework their kiting potential.
Not to say its a bad update but, they should have done it awhile ago.

I'm not stupid I know exactly why Riot implemented it and almost anyone else who thinks about it would agree.
Maybe if the kiting was added a couple weeks ago, or in a couple of weeks... but now of all times, as soon as they release their first made-to-be-in-the-jungle ranged champ. If it isn't obvious to you, then its not me wearing a tinfoil hat, its you all covered in wool. ... That was really bad. But you get the point.
