top.
Build is pretty flexible.
Conq vs teams that build defensive,
Lethal Tempo vs teams that are squishy.
Being the most common items.
Occasionaly a lethality build if the enemy teams squishys are accessible enough.
Things you will lose to-
Every other matchup you either beat or are on equal footing with.
What starting item do you use? I imagine it’s flexible, but the mana from CPot might be needed. I actually want to play this...

Dorans sword if its a melee im vs. Dorans Shield if its something that's going to harass me all day, like a Teemo. You can go long sword on some safer early lvl matchups
I like to go jungling sometimes.

It is deceptively strong. Increasing AP increases my heals. Most of those items increase the amount of healing received. It gives me more mana and more health, some soft CC and some tankiness. I become an unkillable sticky pursuer.
that's actually not off meta.....
and
, any off role except Jungle and Bot Lane Carry.
Builds vary a lot, but I guess this is fairly average
/
or the normal build with Tear first and no frozen heart.
Haven't played enough Morg lately.
Not really "off-meta" but
(not upgraded intentionally)
Either electrocute or dark harvest (I recommend Dark Harvest) and you can kill someone with W + E only
midlane

Hail of Blades versus ranged/squishy, Lethal Tempo vs HP stackers, and Conqueror vs armor stackers (true tanks).
Start
and max E vs in-your-face champions and Q vs poke/ranged.
Typically rush
and build directly into tank items, with a
second or third if multiple enemies have armor items.
and
are solid choices if more damage is needed vs squishies after tanking up.
OH I see what you did there with
as the last item!
My best off meta builds are:

Yes, it's on hit because the items mentiondd provide her with no critical strike gain, except
's passive. You know why I paired it with

I miss this build...I used to run it on
before Season 8 officially started, because she adapted to
build for meta survival(of course I used something else before
was out) Who knows, maybe the build will make a return with current W and Q buffs to her and the fact problematic tanks/juggernauts started appearing again and that's what she really likes to see. Also it's funny how I two shot
most of the time with this build.
Hm...and my latest build, Ferrari

Can confirm Hybrid Shyvana works, but I replace Bloodrazor and Rageblade with Cinderhulk and Wit’s End.

I'm one of the rare full crit Yi players. Usually midlane. 90% of other Yi players I see run the standard bloodrazor/rageblade into tanky setup, lane ones bork/rageblade into a similar build. It's non meta for a reason though. Highly team dependent, sucks at duelling (for Yi standards anyway - you won't be killing Jaxes/Tryndameres/Fioras with crit build like you would with on-hit, lesser duelists still fair game), takes 3 items to spike (as opposed to the cheap 2 item spike for on-hit) but the massive one shot team wipes after a good initiation is very satisfying to pull off.
