Last Whisper items, a direct complain

Ok, I will try to add some logic to the matter and make you see why this item item 3036 has to change a bit.

item 3123 passive applies Grieveous Wounds on targets afflicted by physical damage for 3 seconds. item 3033 Does the same but for 5 seconds, the only difference is the duration, when compared to the significant upgrade in terms of damage that is item 3036 , Wich in some cases can leave tank champs feeling like if they had no armor at all, due to the % damage increase plus armor penetration.

In the other hand in most situations item 3036 capitalizes over item 3033, and to this exent there are cases in wich you will want both item 3123 and item 3034 passive.

Solutions:

**1) **So far I think that the item 3034 and item 3036 maxes up too quickly, getting the cap at 500 HP, it should cap itself at 1000 HP instead, this passive is already too strong, and I don't even know if it stacks multiplicatively with the % damage masteries.

  1. Add item 3123 into other item, I think that item 3142 is a perfect candidate; it builds from item 3133 (25 AD / 1100 gold), item 3134 (20 AD / 1100 gold), the recipe is 1000 gold and the damage it needs to be completed is exactly 15 (same as item 3123 ), if we add it to this item 3142 we could leave the price as the same or just increase it a bit, this adds an option for when you need executioners passive but you want Domminiks as well.

  2. Change item 3147 build path to add item 3034, it would make it stand as a better item, it could also be added into item 3812 for another passive with a 15% number on it :V

If you put grievous wounds onto Youmuu's I feel as thought that would cause a lot of issues and inevitably lead to the item receiving more nerfs.

It would result on it finally costing a bit more, but in some terms I would be ok with it, because it would have some extra power.

Grievous wounds is a vey strong hard counter to heal reliant champs. It should have a drawback when compared to lord dominoes regards. You should only pick it up should u need to shut down healers.

I actually think the Grievous Wounds makes sense to pair with Whisper because of what they're for. The combination of the two makes them great against sustain tanks, all in one nice item slot.

The problem I think lies in the lack of extra strength you get when you combine the items. But I wouldn't approach it by buffing Mortal Reminder. I'd probably actually nerf the Grievous Wounds applied by Exec. Calling. But rather than going after the duration, I'd probably make it either the strength of the debuff, or the point of application.

Perhaps they could make a new passive Not-So-Grievous Wounds, where healing is reduced by 20 or 25% instead of the full 40% of Grievous Wounds. Or, maybe make Executioner's Calling work more like Morello's, where the full Grievous Wounds debuff is applied only when the target gets below a certain amount of health. In either case, the upgrade to Mortal Reminder would feel a lot more meaningful due to the incremental increase in strength of the passive between the two.

I also feel like it would feel a lot less binary for sustain-heavy champs to play against. Right now, I feel like an ADC can see they're against Swain, Mundo, or Vlad, and they could just pick up an early Exec. Calling and then sit on it for half of the game. They've spent relatively little gold to get the full value of what you're really after from Mortal Reminder against those champions: the Grievous Wounds passive to cut their sustain. If Exec Calling had a weaker version of Grievous wounds, at least the enemy would have to upgrade it to get the full benefit.

Both are powerful, but Dominnik is a lot more stronger believe me.

That mindset is also a big part of the problem with Exec. Calling/Mortal Reminder. There's a widespread perception that they suck and that they're pointless. I play a lot of ARAM, and when up against high-sustain things like Mundo, Vlad, and Swain, or if they have something like a Soraka, I always start the game by suggesting at least one AD thing on the team buys exec. calling fairly early on (ideally by the time the other team hits 6). Nobody does it, and many times I hear "why, that item sucks?" We then proceed to be unable to kill things on the enemy team as they out-sustain the damage pouring into them.

Fact is, Exec. Calling/Mortal Reminder are situationally incredibly strong items. Honestly, I don't care how much bonus damage you get out of LDR if they have something out-sustaining most or all of the damage you're dealing.

It'd definitely not an every-game sort of item, and you won't see it in anybody's core builds. But there are cases where Mortal Reminder over LDR is the right choice, which can potentially be the difference between a win and a loss.

In situational terms, Mortal Reminder and Executioner are awesome, I know that, I used the item when it was just Executioner and it gave you 20% Crit Chance, what I say is that we need BOTH LDR passive and Grieveous Wounds to be usable on different items, beecause some times you just want those two passives because they are TOO GOOD.

Adding Executioners to item 3142 is perfect because it's cost allows it and it's stats allows it.
