How do you counter a ziggs with blue?

I heard he scales super hard especially with long ranged moves. The trade off is mana issues. The problem is if he gets blue, you can only sustain or roam. Either or, you WILL fall behind if the ganks either do NOT work and he shoves super hard or you stay in lane and sacrifice CS. Teamfights don't counter him either and he has ult to help his team at dragon if he's not there for some reason/

I love ziggs but honestly... You gotta learn how to dodge skillshots. Most of the time you can bait his q very easily, and its easy to dodge as long as you dont go in a straight line because the range is always further than anyone thinks. The best thing to do, is to stay close. Ziggs will naturally want to keep distance because he is very squishy. Make him blow his e (which is honestly his only escape and all in him)

Or if you are doing really badly... farm. Just dodge his pokes and farm. Ziggs falls off late game... hard. Just learn how to read an opponent's moves, learn how he plays. As everyone has a tell and everyone plays a specific way. Then just bob and weave and bring the fight to his face. Save your flash for his ult.

Yes it may seem weird that you want to get up close and personal with a ranged champ but honestly if you stay back he is going to poke you down.
