Take my word on this. Riot has probably promised to the pro players that Devourer wouldn't be nerfed for Worlds so that pro players would work hard on finding comps that do great with devourers (and allow their devourer jungler to get sated).

That's because it's too slow to be played in the LCS, but when is the last time you've seen a warrior enchantment?
