I think that Ivern will need a buff to his stats or scaling. he seems a bit to weak and also if hes meant for the jungle why does his recommended build have all support items?

- It's because he doesn't need jungle items to really jungle as much as other people and he's considered a support that goes to the jungle instead of bot lane.
