Which 5 BS champions would you want to keep in league but rework or nerf the rest?

Champions that are fun to play but unfun to play against. Champions that have an iconic theme to them and lore to support their strong gameplay.

Theses are the champions I would keep in league because of how fun they are to play and they have in common very deep gameplay. Lore wise these champions should always been strong.

-Leader of the black rose aka a hidden noxian cult -An Emperor like really? He is an emperor yet his soldiers does jackshit of damage -Bloodmage, I really like his gameplay but I dislike the fact that because of him spellvamp doesn't exist in league -Heimerdinger is basically an inventor and probably the only champion in league which kits revolves around pets (turrets) -He is a clown that loves trolling his enemies, and its fun baiting people into traps
