I Cant wait till the tank rework
Its pretty said when a full tank tahm kench can easily 1v1 a full ad champ. Why even build damage when you can just be a tank.

and he does have % hp damage and does more damage due to him begin a tank cuz it takes a long time to kill him so he has time to deal out damage
