Idea for yasuo.

Just a thought I had whilst reading a post. Not even a suggestion but rather an idea for people to critique and just think about.

Have his passive scale with champion level. This can be done in 2 ways: Have his critical strike damage scale with level so that he no longer goes from 0-100 the moment he gets crit. Or Have his critical strike chance multiplier scale with level. This way he still doesn't immediately benefit as much from critical strike chance the moment he gets his hands on it.

And not fix the more problematic parts of yasuo?

Nice meme friend.

This would not work. Making him scale with level would destroy his laning phase. Destroying the laning phase of a champion who needs to snowball, gain a lead, and use that lead effectively to win the game will wholly gut the champion. You can scream as many anecdotes detailing how he went from 0/5 in one game to 10/5 after he finished 2 items but it will not change facts.

Making scale with level is okay, but it doesn't fix any of the other problems of Yasuo. OP's idea isn't bad, but that alone only makes yasuo shitty without fixing anything.

was already suggested, make his crit 150% at lvl 1 and 200% at 16 or 18

but you still need to increase the cooldown of his E in early ranks and make yasuo pay for maxing E instead of Q

level 16 is prolly too high, maybe 15

Also the suggestion of making his E's cd early only forces him to max it. He's not a stackstick, he needs to rely on 'outplaying' to kill things.

No. I'm so tired of people trying to change yasuo on baseless grounds because they can't beat him. Ffs

I specifically said: It is not a suggestion to change him. Only an idea to think about for people who do want him changed.

and those people have no legitimate reasons to change him.

I mean if you dig alittle bit you'll find plenty of posts with tons and tons of in depth reasoning, statistics, and facts as to why yasuo is just not "ok". Even from my knowledge (I'm only a plat player unfortunately) Yasuo's main flaws is that he has no "windows" of weakness, and his scaling comes around too quickly.

His ult cooldown is low enough to the point where at all stages in the game he'll have it up every time he looks for a fight, and his E gives him mobility where he can engage, disengage, then simply re-engage to circumvent most champions and their ability to trade.

Most yasuo's have the same cookie cutter laning phase if it's not someone who is simply much stronger than he is. Wait for them to position near minions, E around to either jump onto them or make them think you're jumping on them, bait out abilities while disengaging, then once you've backed off you go in again once they approach the minion wave and hit them while they have no CD's up.

So yeah no none of that is one bit true. I've gone through nearly every post on the boards and none of them have any actual facts. 48% win rate. That clearly states Yasuo is losing 52% of the time. All facts and statistics used are in no way against Yasuo. He scales like 30 minutes into the game and he has plenty of windows. As for you being platnum, go play Yasuo, not freelow champions like leblanc and fizz, then come back and tell me how he fairs and what rank you are in at the end. Until then give me those stats or you have no credible statements.

So you what you are saying, a fighter champion, under the slayer class, is fighting? When he needs to? thats cra-cra fam for real. Listen if you fight Yasuo with no tactic and no thought of course he will win, he is a slayer. Fight him close range with minions around and he will win. That's a duh. GIve yourself range or fight him with counters, guess what happens, that is right he is countered.

If you know what they will do and still fall into it, it means you suck m8.
