The solution to the Grievous Wounds dilemma: Delete the healing champions
Completely rework the following champions, strip them of all their current identities until nothing remains.

Also, the GW dilemma is that healing is either balanced around GW so that it's super overwhelming when people do not buy it (aka low elo) or it is not balanced around it so that it's just complete dogshit when someone builds GW.
As this post is made in light of the new GW item for tanks it is likely that OP thinks that this item severely hurts the mentioned champions to the point where they may aswell get deleted - which is an intentional exaggeration on OPs side.
Feel free to down-/upvote OP, but make sure to do it for the right reason.
