So....Mordekaiser is the worst solo laner in the game right now.

Checking his Mid and Top Laning, we will find some interesting information.

For starters, his win-rate is the absolute worst in both roles, while the rest of his stats (Death Count, Kill, CS, Damage done, etc) are also incredibly mediocre, if not the absolute worst (Such as his top and mid lane death rate, or the gold earned mid).

His win-rate/play-rate ratio is worrying as well. In top, players that actually main him (+125 games) are actually below average, while the situation is a bit better on mid, players that main him are still at a weak 41% win-rate.

Basically, even though he got changed, they arent that big. The basic mechanics of the character remain unchanged, but the major shift in power completely destroyed his solo laning even for people that mastered the champion previously.

Now, his ADC rate is much better, but it isnt near as good as the win-rate implies.

For starters, out of every champion to go ADC bot, Mord gets the least gold, has a mediocre amount of total damage dealt and is one of the worst Last Hitters in the role. While, yes, those stats are better than in the previous cases where people took him bot instead of an ADC, it makes Mord look less like a carry and more like a bully that wins the match in 20 minutes or loses horribly (As seen in his win-rate/game length chart).

It basically means that, the games where ADC Mord wins are the ones where he gets a big level advantage, kills dragon and pushes all the way to the enemy inib because he is 5 levels ahead. While ADC Mord is far better than in 5.15 (Obviously), he seems to be incredibly unhealthy.

I would like to know what you people think about these, especially his situation as a bottom laner. Could Mordekaiser, in his current state, manage to be a healthy and viable bot pick? Or is his current design (Level + Dragon Ghost + Q) too obnoxious when viable?
