Nautilus Needs A QoL Buff
Due to his W now lasting only 6 seconds as opposed to 10 seconds, and due to the damage aspect being nerfed down over the years, I would say Nautilus could do with an AS-Per-Level buff to help him make full use of the W. Nautilus has always been an extremely slow autoattacker to help balance out his shield, but what is the point in him having access to something that had its hp-scaling reduced if he can't even make effective use of it for what little time he has to implement it in a fight?
