Conqueror stacks deserve to give AS, not Adaptive.
It's broken on many champions that would otherwise be not nearly as polarizing and problematic. It'd be a fine pick on more top laners (and good on some that need help like Volibear) if Conqueror stacks didn't scale with the top laners' abilities themselves, which means it also scales with the 10% healing making it much more problematic. If I need to elaborate on something, please let me know.
Oh, and the stack bonus should be halved for ranged champions.
