Aight, Riot, just remove all the ap from support items already

Why? Because outside of Frost Queen's Claim, the only ideas you've had for support items has involved removing ap from them one at a time. Just do away with the last 3 (and the Sightstone variant of FQC) and be done with it. No one except me cares anyway, so just get it over with.

Just make sure to remove utility scalings from the game while you're at it, and buff support spell bases.

Edit: To make sure it doesn't seem like I'm making baseless claims or some shit.
