do something about blitzcrank.
blitzcrank is freelo if your not good at the game. i rarely play adc. but it pains me to see my bot lane lose because of a blitzcrank. his pick rate is just too fucking high. literally 1/2 matches has a blitzcrank in normal mode. i get he falls off in higher ranks. but hes too much of a pain in normal mode and to people that are new in this game. there is no risk to what he does. you grab adc/squishy supp. thats instntly a death unless you have flash. reduce the damage he does. his grab is allready the best in the game
didn't always zone you from behind your minions. And then there's 
who can throw a bunch of spears into you if you aren't careful. Add in 2 thunderlords procs from blitz and his ADC and its has led to Blitz becoming a lot more viable than he used to be. He may need some tuning, but only to fix his skill problems of a single pull determining a game.
