I'm running into the same issue where we get really far ahead in bot lane. Adc is fed, we are doing well............and then no one gets armor pen vs 2-3 tanks. Are you freaken serious?! Is there some stigma people have against not wanting to build ? Because at the end of the game I come out with more damage than my teammates without armor pen due to their unwillingness to build some damn armor pen. Feels like I need to play more solo lane and get out of hell again.

I actually think most ADCs buy that item in my games. The problem I have with my ADCs is they love this thing so much item 3072 .

Unfortunately they fail to realize it's a bad first item, yeah there's life steal, but you aren't really doing enough damage for it to be useful. Most of them really need item 3031 as soon as possible.

There's not a lot you can do currently if your ADC is not doing well, and the other team's is doing well. In this meta if the ADC fails, they bring the team down with them. It's important not to ever neglect that lane because of their ability to just ruin the entire game.

The marksman update seemed to exacerbate the snowball problem this game had though.

It's not uncommon for adc's to build LW late. I doubt the loses hinge very much on the that tbh
