Update: Got S- on Bard, chest was given. This is not a result of being unable to obtain rewards.
Lemme guess, you have one of those "You are ineligible for rewards due to recent chat behavior" as well? It's probably tied to riots failed attempt at making people play this game without any toxicity..
It makes me sad cause my goal in this game is to get all the champions up to mastery level 5.. and I can't do that cause of this system in place.

We found a bug with the timing of processing loot and champ mastery scores at end of game; your score and items aren't lost but sometimes will not show up. We've got a fix for that we're aiming to get out off peak today that will fix the issue.
