Is it random?? or what. I understand that i need to win a game. But i won like 15 games since hextech and i got only 4 keys:|. wanted to unluck supergalaxy rumble:|..guess it's impossible

You get key fragments rather than keys, but they are luck based, although the probability varies. You can only get them on games you win, and being in a premade increases the chances, with bigger premades offering bigger chances. The probability of getting a key fragment goes down with each fragment you get, with the probability resetting on a monthly basis.

Nothing else influences the key fragment drop rate (so game performance doesn't matter as long as you win).

I have no idea about ARAM. I've played 10+ games so far and no key.

I hope someone from NA could answer ;)

Also yea, RNG sucks

You're supposed to be able to get them from ARAM (and TT) games on wins, but they're currently bugged so you can't. Both that you're supposed to and that they're bugged has been acknowledged by rioters on the forums, although I don't feel like tracking down the posts.
