@Riot Please do something about the Smurfs FOR GOD'S SAKE!

So I'm a Bronze 5 player, and in over half of my games, I have a smurf who plays a ridiculous role like Kog Maw top or Yasuo jungle and they snowball SO HARD and end up with insane KDAs by the end of it. I look at their profile and I know they're smurfs because they have few ranked wins, no champions mastered, they're conveniently B5 and in their match history they have loads of 22/0 scores with champions it says they've never played.

This happens far too often and it becomes really frustrating when trying to climb.

MY SUGGESTION: This has been a major problem in games like CS:GO and they've solved it with Prime Matchmaking, which essentially requires players to give a phone number to each account they have, so rarely do people smurf with alternate accounts unless they somehow have two phones or something, and that has, for the most part, fixed the issue.

You don't have to do what I explained above but do something to stop this problem. People are complaining about dynamic queue but I don't care about that as much because in Bronze, these smurfs are a FAR bigger problem.
