Is it Still Worth Learning Azir?

So, I'm trying to learn Azir, I've heard he's pretty hard to play but very rewarding when mastered. I love his champion design and he's really fun to play. However, Riot have been nerfing him a lot with no more W on towers + ultimate change in 6.11, and now the changed soldier damage in 6.13. Also, it seems as if he's going to get nerfed more in future.

Is it still worth trying to master Azir and get good with him? Or should I try a different champion?

Azir is one of those champions thats secretly broken in the right hands, but the right hands are almost nonexistant aside from very high elo.

Its worth mastering him, mastering azir is like mastering the game.

I have maimed Azir since his release. Last season I got placed into B5 and climbed to G5 with just him. Riot pulled the same crap this season and I'm closing in on gold again. He's hard to learn but worth the time imo. There are many other stronger and also fun mid champs right now that are probably just as rewarding to learn tho. A good Ahri, LB, Yasuo, Zed or esp Viktor can absolutely decimate, it's really just up to what fits you.

It's always worth mastering the champion you love to play, but in this case- yes, Azir is still way too good in a master's hands.

If you think he's fun, he's worth mastering. Few champs are allowed to have a win rate so bad that they're not worth playing if you enjoy them.

Remember, if a champ has a 45% win rate (pretty bad, as far as they go), that means you have to play 100 games to have 5 losses due to the champ's power level. Even champs with "low" win rates can do fine in the hands of an expert.

As of 6.13, Lee Sin's average win rate is 46%. But people with 1-5 games win 42%, and people with 125 games or more win 49.3%. So if you know him well, you've got an even shot of winning with him.

If you're having fun, that's the most important thing.

(Having said all that, I'd probably hesitate to play champs below 45% win rate, despite the statistics on that)

As stated, if you're having fun, it's worth it. That said, Azir has a kit that will never be entirely irrelevant without the champion himself being literally useless. Essentially, if his damage is on-par with other mids with the same kit, he will be relevant and worth picking up as a mid laner simply because of how much he has in his kit. Regardless of meta.

k if azir got nerfed multiple times and riot is still going to nerf him then obviously hes a broken champion in general. He suffers from the same thing as Graves. No matter how many nerfs itll always be a busted champion..

Yeah hes broken. Learn him

Azir will not be worth after last nerf.New nerfs will hurt his mid game.

Adcs are more broken than Azir. Not worth learning. You don't learn.I'm Azir main and this is seriously advice. You don't believe this guys because they haven't enough Azir games and they are talking without knowing again.

Salty Adc main says Azir is broken.Because he didn't play Azir so he doesn't know Azir.

Azir isn't viable soloq. His dia win rate 45%.
