Latest lissandra PBE changes
With liss's recent popularity and dominance in many regions, it seems that nerfs are inevitable. The latest PBE change: Ice Shard (Q) damage lowered to 70/100/130/160/190 from 75/110/145/180/215 I've played liss before she rose to popularity and have always seen her as a strong champion (absolutely love her passive) so i feel like i can judge her current power objectively.
Liss is not a very skillshot dependent champion, all her spells are pretty much guaranteed to hit when she's in 400-500 range. And liss can often get into that range from far away with the help of Glacial Path (E). Although E is slow and the indicator is visible to enemy, it is still a very effective mobility skill, so there is no need for it to be a high damage aoe spell at the same time.
I don't know the context of the PBE change. But Q damage nerf simply isn't in the right direction. should instead test to reduce E's base and scaling damage, or revert Q cooldown to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 sec. if these changes still doesn't address her power, then look into E range. Because what really set liss apart from kennen/annie/rumble (in competitive play) is her ability to make long range flanks/engage. Nerfs should look to take away unnecessary power. And for liss, her damage and cc aren't a problem at all.
