This needs to be changed

Why can Yasuo constantly get flow stacks and gain a shield without punishment while Malzahar has to stay out of combat for like ~20 seconds to get his shield back?

Either make Malzahar be allowed to get his shield back quicker and while being in combat, or change Yasuo’s shield so taking damage from enemy champions resets flow stacks.

So Yasuo has to avoid combat with champions to recharge his shield rather than being able to get a free 500 shield late game every two seconds while fighting champions.

Yasuo can recharge his shield with ease and his shield is way more broken than Malzahar’s shield.
