20 Magic pens runes and 216 hp at lv 18 simple right?
Why can you run 24 Lethality 216 hp or 9 armor and 12 MAgic resist or 30 magic resist at lv 18?
Itemization don't give alot of LEthality but why runes gives Alot?
I though Runes should not have a huge impact in the game.

Edge of Daybreak1 votesLethality scaling with level isn't as relevant when armor also scales with level. Scaling magic resist is almost non existent on most champions.
