How far will the Ignite nerfs on PBE go if they make it to live as is?
1.) Will people run Ignite less frequently?
2.) Will players run other assertive summoners instead more often, such as

4.) Is this something that would alone spark change in the LCS, since chaining 
s on a target lategame would deal potentially 600+ less effective health worth of true damage than it does now?
