WTF happened to Kled and Talliyah?
I haven't seen either in like 2 months. They're still pretty strong champions; why did they just disappear from games? (From a Bronze / Silver perspective)

You can play them if you want. Learn their strengths and weaknesses, play off of that, and show people that they can be good if you take the time to learn them :)
