Jeez glad i dont play this dumpster fire game anymore. after his recent rework that just killed full team fight ap ezreal an made him into some burst assassin who has to only land W and E, an then the nerf to double tear hybrid build that i used forever to make up for ap ezreals weak wave clear and pushing power, now his q got even less ap scaling and his E went up 6 seconds at rank 1 lol.
