She will be unhealthy.
Ezreal was unhealthy in the jungle. Most jungler would have told you this. He was out-dueling all jungler, had better scaling, better itemization, and ganks that decent. Riot kept their mouth shut because of the rune rework that was approaching.
Graves isn't really an ADC. He also has low range, limited AA, and other niche that kept him in check
Malz, that was for a short time by a small minority. Went out after the rework
