Ashe nerfs seem on point; Jhin's not so much
Ashe, a utility carry with mediocre damage, does pretty insane amounts of damage (especially on her q) Nerfing her damage seems appopriate.
Jhin on the other hand is just getting random nerfs on ult cd, removing his cd refund, w ad ratio etc. These are pointless nerfs that won't fix any of Jhin's problems:
He is too strong early, when by desigb he is supposed to be at his weakest. -look at q cd, -attack range -reload speed Early
He goes ad/ armor pen instead of ad/crit -ult synergises poorly with crit (pen makes it way stronger) -crit makes his early/mid game too unreliable (he shouldn't have a choice though)
- ghosblade active > every moment matters
I've suggested this before :
- reduce attack range to 500 from 550 -increase q cd early -longer reload early, shorter late (2.5 flat => 3-2 s , based on level)
- allow all ult shots to crit but for reduces crit damage . -reduce the crit penalty on his autos
Now he is weaker early, scales very well late and has true incentive to build crit.
and
only needed about 2 autos to kill you anyway
can do more than 200 per auto past level 9 with fervor stacked all the way up.
, I wasn't expecting him to get so popular but whoever says
