Rework Shen into a duelist bruiser

Seriously it makes no sense for a ninja to be a pure tank who has a taunt ability. He doesn't have to be an assassin like Zed and Akali but he should do more damage than he currently does. Here's a thought, buff his shield and make it more like Riven's so it would be good for dueling. Make what is now his taunt a dash with an Attack damage steroid. Make his Q scale of AD and life steal ( building life steal items would increase the amount of HP it gives you ). Keep his ult and passive the same. Unlike some people I actually like the principle of his ult.
