In the recent Riot Pls video, they said for every 4 Rune pages (rounding up) bought with RP will give you 1 epic skin or something.
Does this mean you get to pick the skin? Or is the epic skin chosen randomly? It would be kinda dumb if it was random..
random, and it is not dumb because you keep the rune pages as well so your literally getting free stuff with nothing taken away
hi sorry but saw you guys takng about rune pages and i was hoping you could help me. In the YouTube video it says they will round up for Rune pages if you bought it with RP. So what happens if I have 16 pages that's excluding 2 free Pages they give you. That leaves me with 3 epic skins I know i'll get what about the 2 rune pages leftover will it round up so I get another skins or nothing? What I'm asking is will they round up from 2?

What is a epic skin? Is it like hextech annie and skins like that or 1350 skins?
