Dynamic Queue has a significant lack of "outplay" feeling
When I play top I never say "wow I just got outplayed" that often anymore, but more like "wow their premade brought 3 top to towerdive me at 8 mins and I got outnumbered"

I remember the times when top laners complained about the lane being an island with no interaction with the rest of the map. As an interesting note, in higher-ranked games if you get caught out in top lane they will do the same thing premade or not. Perhaps you're simply leaving yourself too open?
