you mean whe does the pre-season ends? sometime january i would think since that's when competitive play comes back

you can still gain some rank now, not sure if they done their usual ranked reset or not but whatever LP/MMR you gain in ranked now still helps when for when the season officially starts. Just need to remember that some of that progress will be lost temporarily once the season actually starts if they haven't done their soft reset they usually do

Yup. Every single game is a one sided stomp. This is why I play one game a night max when I do actually play. Its just not fun anymore even when I'm on the team that's stomping its just so borrrrinnngggg and predictable. Matchmaking is obviously fkd and as soon as I get a decent PC I'm done with League. All my friends quit long ago so there's really no reason for me to continue playing.
