Toxic players need to fixed.

Hey all, so this is going to be a somewhat long paragraph, don't worry I'll add a TL;DR. So I just wanted to discuss toxic players in ranked.(Normals matter to, but for the sake of this argument I will be using ranked.) So about 2 weeks ago I was at a 72.1% win chance for ranked. Sadly after a bad week or so, I am at 52.1% win chance. And most of it is because of players arguing with eachother rather then being smart and grouping up to try and win. Why do players feel the need to be so godamn toxic? I try to be a leader and tell them to stop fighting with eachother and play. But almost every time we are not ahead they feel the need to call eachother names and just die over and over. I'm hardly ever toxic in games, I try to be productive as possible. Don't get me wrong we lose sometimes because I lose lane, I accept that and say sorry to my team, but then they are like YOU SUCK OMG EBAY MUCH CUNT? So what it comes down to is why does riot not feel the need to ban toxic players? I mean I know they receive warnings. But I can't win ranked because of this. I'm not blaming this for why i'm losing, I accept the fact I'm in plat, I earned it. But It's just not fun because I know we have about a 10% to win if they are just going to argue.

TL;DR Punish toxic players, and let us get the message that they were punished for their actions.
