All the crappy picks and they buff an all ready strong champ . Leaving them more work needed too balance the game in future. But what am i saying? They wont buff the weaker champs unless it is one of riot's favourite champs falling below 51% wr. Riot may as well make picking Galio or something similar an extra report category in ranked, or perhaps they can add a leaverbuster like system too punish it automatically.

I see he is listed as tier 1 on eune because he has a good winrate and playrate together, I remembered he was strong i had too check he was stil before saying this becasue i took a break from lol.

Also it adds bit of decision making to Rene "do I use my W now or will I wait for their shields?" Cd is short later in the game, but you still need to stuck up furry, I think we should focus on Pyke changes honestly.

I know its pbe but its sad thats what they think of buffing.
It adds decision making in extended fight, but a lot of the time he is comboing then running away. You have 0 tankyness vs him as a champ with a self shield so it will now be practically impossible too ever bait as those champs. Like Urgot really because if he takes ignite you need too tell your jungler you cant bait for him while he sits in bush because its suicide.
