Why darius heals from maximum health?

remember when rengar had 15% maximum health healing? he was unkillable and more tanky then any tanks since he had 115% ohealth instead of 100% (if not sometimes 130%). I can't get why Renekton heals from AD (which makes him riskier to play since he won't be tanky) but darius heals from maximum hp.... even if it's hard to hit 2 or 3 people with the blade it can makes moments where he heals 1000 or 1200 hp.

Meddler why Darius doesn't heal from AD like renekton?

i don't even know why he has a heal, it just makes his Q a better renekton Q. they should have given him an other tool.

He actually isnt that durable though... sure he builds tanky, but is not a true tank. He neither has the natural stats nor a tank steroid passive or skill.

He has a skill with 0.75 second delay that must hit in a certain way (the tip of the blade) to heal him for a missing part of his health. He only heals great amounts after he might be already dead.

Also in the next patch he will have to hit 3 people with the tip of the blade for the capped amount of his heal. (As opposed to him having to hit only 2 people right now)
