I don't hate snowballs on the map. I'll admit it makes things a little more interesting. However I think they are a bit much. I wouldn't mind them being spammable if they didn't have the mark/dash. I wouldn't mind the mark/dash if they weren't spammable. However they are both things and I think it needs to be dialed back a notch. Maybe if you use the dash it doesn't lower the CD on mark would be enough.
