remember that enemies will almost always stand on the scorched earth for at least one second, so this brings it to a whopping 500 +169% AP [slayer-pantheon-rainbows] With max CDR this brings shyvana's E to about 4.4 seconds; imagine Sylas just spamming this from 925 range for 20 seconds... Yes, I know this is quite situational, as you would need to have a Shyvana on the enemy team (who isn't really that much of a popular jger), but once you do, man how much terror will you bring
