Noone is going to praise Riot for doing things that they should have done literally almost a decade ago.
It is like being grateful for someone fixing your car 10 years after you wanted it fixed on the warranty.

to me this sounds like you don't get a refunded token if you have already used 3 refunds. I hope it was just worded poorly or i'm misreading this but if not there's an incoming shitstorm

Honestly? Who cares. In contrast they "increased the prices" around many countries because of taxes. Besides, many ain't buying stuff from this company anymore (prestige ahri, rofl .... 100 prestige tokens???? - Meanwhile the same skin line (akali and kai'sa) are based on event passes LOL).
So ... why would I refund stuff I (and many) ain't buying?
I mean they raise RP prices by 15% at the same time (at least where i live), so killing this meme means nothing in the face of that.
