I looked at the PBE changes and it seems like they're increasing Ornn's W CD to 14. This may or may not be necessary, but don't you think you should wait a while before nerfing Ornn literally days after you buffed changed him? Also, why does this constitute a buff; you wanted to reduce Ornn's teamfighting utility in favor of more max hp dmg, so why do you now wanna nerf the dmg part?

You obviously haven't played him since the last patch. He's literally losing lane phase to every single top champ. He's a level 1 First Blood right now. He literally can't exist before he gets out of lane/passively farms to 13. Before then, he's at his team's mercy. After then, he turns it around and dominates.
But no. His lane phase is the weakest top right now. He can be punished no matter what skill order you choose.

Beat Ornn silly in lane even when Ornn had a shield.
Absolutely beat Ornn, even before shield lost.
Ornn used to beat him, but now Ornn no longer has a shield to absorb the E harass or minion hits. Once Yorick has a Maiden, this is no longer a close win for Ornn. It's a slaughter for Yorick.

Look at his "Ornn Lane Counters" column. Literally the only positive win rate is Galio (for reasons unknown..... Galio's wind should shred Ornn's lane phase)
He only Globally counters one champion: 
Most Tops right now literally force Ornn to stay under his turret like a good little boy. The only way Ornn gets kills in lane right now, or even decent farm..... is hit he stays under his turret, and other champs dive him, and he knocks them up so the turret can kill them. That's literally it.

His W is the same % it's been for a year, starts off weak, and atm it pretty much kills him because it's near 1 second he can do nothing to prevent poke/harass. His damage on it is in its weakest incarnation early game, btw.

Everyone forgets he's melee so not only does he get that Brittle smack, every follow up is also doing true damage as well. The idea was he was supposed to use brittle to trade back with Conq abusers, not use Brittle AND Conq to faceroll them.
