Why is Fiora Getting Non-Stop Buffs?

I'm not complaining or whatever, and you won't see a game in my op.gg where a Fiora went 10/0 and carried her whle team, but seriously...

...has anyone noticed she's been getting nonstop buffs and zero nerfs within the last two years? Honestly the last time she's got a nerf was in patch 7.something, and that was just a tiny one I believe. Since then, her heal's been increased massively, 2 second stun at lvl 1 (lvl 2 if you dont go W lvl 1 like all the pros do), she becomes sonic the hedgehog when her ult is up, and now she can attack turrets with Q and crit turrets with E? And she can even attack invis wards with Q?

Why does Riot keep trying to make us play Fiora? Name one champ that's been getting the amount of love she had within the last two seasons.

Since 7.16 she's gotten nothing but straight buffs. Her passive heals for 40 health level 1. 40. It use to be as low as 25. And for anyone that doesnt know, that and a grasp proced attack heals her before wounds applies from Bramble, so Bramble as an item does not counter her anymore because she just heals a fuckton before and though wounds. And im not bullshitting because i've been on both sides of the item vs champ.

Maybe not a direct nerf, but the mere introduction of item 3076 was a massive indirect nerf to her.

Well, speaking just on the topic of Fiora: She does fall off relatively hard and she's never been that strong of a champion across the board, it's usually limited to 1 or 2 ELOs. She's never been super weak IMO, but never super strong either.

The actual reason she's getting buffed is simple, it's because of Worlds. They just want to see her get picked a few times, the only way to make that happen is to make her stronger and more tempting as a toplaner.

Because Fiora is pretty but does nothing. That isn't a good look in 2019. Plus, pretty champions should be more viable so they can get more play.

It happens a lot in this game as long as I can remember, they buff a champion then before the patch even has a month (or even a day at times) to settle they buff them consecutively again.

This actually happens in a lot of different games, the problem seems to be they may buff something but nobody plays it, or not the right people play it (pros) so they have to buff it again; then by the time people pick it up it's way too strong already (cough DrMundo cough).

This is the riot classic.. unnecessary small buffs here and there over time and that's why we have a power creep issue right now.
