So we all know mobility creep is a problem. Riot has tried to add penalties for champions who have lots of it. While we still end up getting things like 
, I'm more worried about those with zero mobility such as Ashe and Varus. I think they're still viable, and not every champion needs to see LCS play (at least realistically speaking), but what advantages should they have against this meta?

Kalista only needs the removal of her T2 boot scaling to stop the mobility QQ on her.

Haha, no. Being a Marksman has very little to do with being the bot lane ADC if you actually understand why we put the ADC and Support in the bot lane in the first place.

Varus is a squishy lane bully. If you can land full Qs reliably, you can litterally keep people out of lane forever with just a BF sword. Your 275+1.5AD Q does a TON of damage in the early game. you just need to be weary of jungle ganks.

Back when the game was new Ashe was basically one of the strongest picks beucase there was little to no mobility in the game for a lot of champs. Her ability to slow was insainly strong back then.
But once champions such as Irelia and Xin (who were created to make melee able to be played in a game that was completely dominated by ranged champs) were added the mobility creep started not so much out of a hate of champions like ashe but more a wanting to make melee viable.
Markus Vakarian1 voteswith so many gap closers added to the league in the last 2 years,Ashe is in real troubles. She needs support 24/7 with her,some who can create distance between her and jumping melees (alistar) or with good CC (Lulu)
She can't kite if the range of the gap closers > range of AA. i understand assassins can have this gap closer but champions like Jax or Irelia that have damage and are also tanky.....
