Teleport should be removed from LoL

Yes, right. I mean then it will be about who's the better player(s) top and bottom lane.

I'm surprised it hasn't happened when people complain daily about the state of bot.

I don't know if that's the answer. I could see maybe nerfing it so it was a real trade off to other summoner spells top lane. I think the real issue is there's just too many juicy objectives bot lane. Bot tower doesn't have fortification for the first 5 minutes, you can pick up 2 kills instead of 1, it's easier to knock down the tower with your ADC, and you can also get first Drake. If feel like the best answer is to buff or rework the power of the rift Herald so that a 4/5 man dive bot lane has a bigger trade off attached to it.

it takes map awareness, which is considered skill. you can't just tp bot lane and expect to get a turret or drag off of it.

not if the enemy jungler is bot side with full hp. with your top lane getting pushed in. it takes skill to tp in at the right time. most players just tp in whenever they see a fight going on.

It's not a matter of "if" but "when" since teleport will eventually be removed. It's unhealthy, okay and I know what I'm talking about as a bot lane veteran of five years.

they will never remove tp because it's a TEAM game. lol

tp is also used strategically if the other team doesn't have it. there's a reason y each player only get 2 spells
