but Leblanc makes me want to ragequit every time i play against her. Her QW combo doesnt take any skill to land, BUT YET IT DOES ALMOST AS MUCH DMG AS ZED W>E>DOUBLE Q! She could totally miss everything but still one shot you with Q>RQ>AA>Ignite.

DemainaNyx1 votesI honestly feel like Leblanc should have her damage buff on her E or W, preferably E cause you can dodge it by hiding in minions and it is single target. Ahri has to hit charm for a damage boost, which means you can dodge it or block it. You can't dodge point and click unless you have invisibility or invulnerability, which is dumb when a point and click makes your next ability do more damage, which can be another point and click if you're level 6.
I understand that the Leblanc rework didn't work, but I feel like they were on the right track. If the sigil cook time just scaled with levels or something, it would've been fine. Let it be a 2 second cook at 1-6, 1 second at 7-15, and like a 0.5 second at 16+. Maybe those numbers are off, but something like that.
