y is it possible to have 360 AD, 2.3k hp, and 170 MR
like at one point didn't you have to choose between durability and damage?

2.3k hp isn't much at all. Even 4k hp and 200+ armor feels like nothing these days.
why is it possible to one shot carrys late game with 1 damage item?
This is DURABILITY . You die , i endure ^^
2.3k HP isn't durable. That's squishy melee. Anything below 2K is just glass Cannon.
