Ezreal Kleo blah blah Bug or Just OP?

I bring this up because I haven't played, heard about, had a couple games where he was the enemy adc. From what I hear it proc's on his Q... is that just a single Q? If so then... Guys thats bug abuse aka Cheating. Thats Exploiteing a ingame feature on a champion against other players, and If it actually Proc's off just a single Q, it truely wasn't designed that way from the description.

Now like I said I could be wrong, but If this is the case then every player who has and is using it could be facing Perma Banned from Riot, should they see it this way. Because the Keystone reads as the attack after an ability, not the inital one. If i'm wrong, sorry, but just thought I should throw this out there so people that were using it if it is indeed a bug will stop before being banned. I don't wanna see poeple get in trouble.

Are you going to say that Ezreal's Q triggering and proccing the Spellblade passive (Sheen, Trinity Force, etc.) is a bug too? Both the Spellblade passive and Kleptomancy have the exact same wording of "After you use an ability, your next basic attack..." and Ezreal's Q has been working this way with the Spellblade passive since at least Season 1, with it being "working as intended." So why would the exact same interaction (just with a different effect) suddenly be a bug?

Go in training and test it :), i think it does like gp Q

Ezreal and gankplank q interactions both count as a spell and an enhanced auto attack, so you can trigger kelpto.

Working as intended.

tho i agree on ezreal they should make it diffrent for melee champs cuz how is gp going to auto kinda unfair vs ranged no ?
