I believe GP will get something for his passive (which has a Bonus AD ratio), but not his Q (which has a Total AD ratio). The reason Total AD ratios aren't getting the base damage bump while Bonus AD ratios are is that champions are being gifted some Base AD alongside runes (to offset some of the reduction from the loss of old runes), which will work toward their Total AD ratios naturally, but not their Bonus AD ratios.

Removal of the current runes doesn't lower the damage dealt by that, so it probably won't change unless riot thinks Skarner needs more burst.

To clarify, base damage increases are being given to Bonus AD ratio abilities on champions that are getting AD as part of their base stats (generally in lieu of AD marks). If your champion didn't take AD runes, then they are most likely getting other base stats/changes.

Morde got pretty decent base defense buffs anyways to compensate and the new system does offer a lot in terms of magic damage.

Keep in mind, while Aatrox was buffed, he's still not even close to good at all.

So I'd imagine Darius is getting some bleed and dunk love? Or, perhaps noxian might love?

Most juggernauts have total ad scalings but darius gets shafted by being half and half in terms of total ad and bonus ad ratios

I think he is getting the standard jugg buff of +9 armor and + 8 AD, both Yorick and Nasus got that buff but I am wondering if he is also getting that too? Do remember that Darius's Ult scales with Bonus AD to amp up his Max stack ult synergy and prevent him dealing a lot of damage with just 3-4 stacks. so if he only has BC+another HP/AD, then he can deal decent damage regardless of his Ults Bonus AD scaling.

With the boost to a lot of HP scaling per Lv. I'd say that juggs should get +4 to 5 HP per hp to prevent other champs from matching them in base HP.

Can nidalee get her base AD and attack speed buffed? Losing the old runes going to hurt her very bad especially in lane. It also hurts the damage of her cougar Q as well.
