Too much HARD CC in the game

Am I the only one who thinks there are way too many Stuns, knock-ups and snares in this game? Why does 75% of the roster need hard CC, you are literally guaranteed to have at least 3 champs on either team with hard CC, which makes champs like Kata, Akali, and assassins in general useless atm. I don't think it's the fact assassins are weak as a whole, but there is too much CC in this game holding them from reaching their full potential.

It's good to a certain extent, to stop certain champions: MasterYi Yasuo Katarina Jax Riven Twitch Vayne But I agree that this game is overloaded with crowd control, makes items like item 3140 item 3139 quite useless as it just blocks one crowd control effect, there's always that risk that the enemy will bait it out and then you will get stunned for a million years again bound to never move again.

Funny how tenacity also somewhat doesn't exist in the game well enough... item 3111 item 3053 item 2138

Not really, since most have a skill shot or there is a range for the CC. You are required to know how to dodge and orbwalk and everything in between if you want to rank up (if that's what you're talking about). Assassins cannot just constantly run in, ult, and kill everyone and everything.. which is why there is counterplay..

This is the thing I hate most about league atm. Hard cc is everywhere and it lasts SOOO long. A straight 50% reduction in all hard CC duration would be nice.

Hard CC used to be balanced until Riot started having its damage fantasies and buffed damage by 300% which now translates in: 1 Hard CC late game=1 Kill
