Will there be more changes to Kassadin in near future?

Hi! As someone who used to love Kassadin alot (began playing him right after his silence nerf, yet he still seemed strong to me) The nerfs on his ultimate ability felt pretty unfair. Not just because it's an ultimate ability, but it was a reliable way to close the gap against long ranged mages and skipping through the frontline to assasinate the ad carry simply. Yeah it probably felt unfair, yet he was an assasin, and that was his job. Now having quite a decent mobility tool, on a low cd and mana cost (for the first 2 riftwalks) it sure feels nice, but, he's now much more of an mobile bruiser than assasin. I even build on him an sunfire cape, not just being a good tool for actual wave clear and some aoe damage, but also to sustain longer in long fights, because he can't anymore assasinate anymore.

Yet I'm wondering - he recieved already nerfs on his Q, and ultimate still get fiddled around.. can there be actual utility buffs to his W or E? Mostly to his E, after all it needs be charged and is not always freely access able, yet it's feels extrelmy underwhelming. As well it would be neat if he would recieve an new passive that might help him more in certain situations instead of being extra magic resistance (though the ignore unit collision feature of it is pretty great)

I'm not even asking for damage or scaling buffs, more utility buffs that might help him sticking to his target.

All of Kassadin's abilties have been nerfed heavily without exception - he needs massive buffs, especially in the damage department.

Right now he does support level damage, which is bad on an assassin that does not have the utility of a support.

Giving Kassadin sticking power isn't really a good idea since he uses sticking power to pick for his team rather than for him to actually stick. Although I disagree heavily that Kass needs buffs (as a Kass main), the only thing that would ever really be deserving of a buff is his ult damage. Although the risk is marginal if the damage is buffed so that he can truly one-shot, it's probably the safest place to buff him at all since it doesn't make his pre-six any more absurd vs. mages and doesn't majorly affect his ability to pick.

Also, please don't use winrates to justify assassins needing buffs since assassins are only ever balanced when they have low winrates
